REFUND POLICY

1. Return Window
You can return most items within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment.
 

2. Refund Process
Upon receipt of the return and inspection of the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
 

3. Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include software, digital products, and certain special order hardware.
